Meditative Coloring Soothes the Soul.

When we feel depleted, it’s easier to turn to God. Let’s try to turn to God every day!
Remember that God’s mighty hand leads us through life’s twists and turns and provides us access to the calm, gentle dwelling Spirit within us.
Focusing on the colors and shading helps the brain to disengage from the world. It allows us to invite God to calm our thoughts and engage in quiet reflection. Amid natural disasters, remember to take a break and breathe. Breathe in God’s goodness and exhale the worry and fear.

The Spirit of Peridot
Twinkling stars in the midnight sky,
Whisper secrets from heaven’s gate.
Moonlight glistens on blades of grass,
Captivating vibrant green lusciousness.
Sturdy as volcanic rock, deep in Earth’s mantle,
Billions of years quelling anger, fostering peace.
Cascading abundance to believers,
Spirit of verdant grace, sprinkle olivine dust.

Melting hearts of iron,
Peridot’s spirit lights the path.
Transforming souls one by one,
Guiding through love’s open door.
Freeing us from this mortal world,
The Spirit of the Peridot.
Streets made of silver and gold,
A place to cherish and adore.

The Spirit of the Pearl

The shimmering pearl calls a name,
Come, admire its exquisite beauty,
Bathe in the glory of iridescence.
Come closer, hear whispers in your ears,
A voice that soothes anxieties and fears,
Shed inhibitions, face your demons, call them out.
The pearls of life dwell in the soul,
Conduits for relaxation and introspection,
Revealing wisdom to impart.
Emotional tides ebb and flow,
Bringing harmony, calm, and peace.
Carpe diem, seize the day’s release.
The Spirit of the Pearl refocuses the heart,
To fully appreciate what matters most,
Love and intimacy with God and others.
Filled with purity and integrity,
Pearls shed tears from heaven above,
Anointed by the cross at Calvary.
See the pearls up ahead?
Twelve gates with twelve pearls,
Each gate made of a single pearl*,
Leading to eternal life.
*(Revelation 21:21)

In the heart of an enchanted forest,
Leaves sway in rhythmic motion.
Glimmering stars adorn the sky,
As evening echoes ancient times.
The Spirit of the Emerald stirs,
Discerning wisdom to impart.
Weary souls traveling near and far,
Guided by candles flickering aglow.
Aaron’s mighty tribal breastplate,
Wards off enemies and embraces strength.
The Spirit of the Emerald whispers,
Secrets of renewal and hope.
Emotional wounds fade away,
Mending bridges to the Divine.
Like spring’s first blooms,
Sprouting through the frost-free soil.
The Spirit of the Emerald beckons,
Radiating her rich green hue.
Come fairies, dance on moonlit beams,
Wave your wands of fairy dust.
Sprinkle healing throughout the land,
To mortal beings everywhere.
The Spirit of the Emerald commands,
The heavens and constellations listen.
Imagine magnetic fields converging,
Revealing enlightenment and purpose.
Like a million diamonds glistening,
A newfound clarity emerges.
The Emerald’s Spirit leads the way,
Mesmerized by the jasper and ruby rainbow.
Beyond the heart of the forest,
The Emerald’s Spirit bows in reverence.
To the One upon the throne in heaven,
Where love everlasting endures forever.

The Spirt of the Diamond

O mighty Spirit of the Diamond,
Cast your spell on us, humble mortals.
Majestic heavens embrace your power,
Where galaxies collide, and stars ignite.
Reveal to us your universal secrets,
Magnetic forces under your command,
Guiding planets in their cosmic dance,
Around the blazing orb of day.
Pull us toward the gravitational center,
Infuse us with your holy Spirit,
Impart your wisdom to us, we pray,
Renounce the demons, cleanse our souls.
Mesmerize us with incandescent brilliance,
Chip away our dark and hardened shells,
Revealing the authenticity within,
An unadulterated mind, free to soar.
Your flawlessness radiates purity,
Summoning Angels from realms on high,
To join us in celestial harmony,
Welcoming us with such delight.
Sanctify us with your transformative power,
Pour forth the nectar of the gods,
Nourish us on this spiritual journey
From now until the end of time.

Speaking as a non-Jewish bystander who profoundly appreciates the Jewish faith, tradition, and the stories surrounding it, I share the meaning of Hanukkah.
Hanukkah is known as the Festival of Lights. It is an eight-day holiday to signify the burning of one jar of oil that lasted eight nights: hence the eight candles on the menorah.
According to the legend, when the Maccabees entered the Temple and began to reclaim it from the Greeks, they immediately relit the ner tamid, which burned constantly in the Temple and has a parallel in our synagogues to this day. In the Temple, they found a single jar of oil, which was sufficient for only one day. The messenger who was sent to secure additional oil took eight days to complete his mission, and miraculously, the single jar of oil continued to burn until his return. The rabbis of the Talmud attributed the eight days of Hanukkah to the miracle of this single jar of oil.

So, when exactly did this event occur? There is an approximate date of Hanukkah beginning around 2o0 BC. It is not mentioned in The Bible, yet it signifies a Godly moment – a miracle, if you will.
The word “Hanukkah” means “dedication” in Hebrew.
Hanukkah is also commemorating the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem, known as the Maccabean Revolt. This historic event took place in the second century BC. According to the Hebrew calendar, this Jewish holiday begins on the 25th of Kislev and typically occurs in November or December.

Speaking as a non-Jewish bystander who profoundly appreciates the Jewish faith, tradition, and the stories surrounding it. I share the sacredness of the word, G-d.
Do you ever wonder why Jewish people don’t spell out G O D?
G O D is so HOLY that out of deep respect, Jewish people don’t spell G O D out fully because words can’t capture the “bigness” of G-d. It makes me think how G-d is a great big G-d. Too big to even name on paper. So, the next time you write, or type, G O D… you may want to pause and think about the sacredness of the word G-d. Respect for the Creator of the universe makes perfect sense to me. How about you?

The Lights of Hanukkah
Hanukkah lights burning bright,
A marvelous miracle from Heaven above.Eight days and eight nights,
One jar of shimmering incandescent oil.One day is all the life the oil jar had,
Yet it kept burning in a mystery.Jewish people celebrate this temple miracle,
By honoring G-d with a thankful heart.Come one, come all,
join the people of G-d and shout with joy,
Thank you, G-d, for each one of us.Jew or Gentile love abounds,
Go light your menorah and let it shine.
